General Policy

At Ilamdin Dental, we want to give you information about treatment, appointments, and the fees that apply before services start. Because dental treatments are personalized services, they normally cannot be returned the same way as ordinary retail products. Refunds therefore depend on the type and stage of the service and on the rules that apply.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled must be done by contacting the clinic as early as possible. In case of payment of any deposits, the procedure for cancelling will be determined by the nature of the service provided. Will be informed before payment.

Treatment Deposits and Payments

Some treatments may require an advance payment or deposit to book appointments, laboratory work, materials or other services. If treatment has not yet started, a refund may be considered. Only after any costs already incurred and on the terms that were agreed with the patient.

Completed Treatments

Once a dental service has been done, payment for that completed service is usually not refundable. However, if a patient has a concern about the service given, the patient should contact the clinic so the matter can be checked by a clinician and handled correctly.

Customized Dental Products

Crowns, veneers, bridges, dentures, aligners, implant parts, and other customized dental products may be made for one patient. Once the item is being made, cancellation or refund options may be limited because the item may not fit another patient.
